G.O.A.L.S. offers a number of short/long-term projects, workshops, and seminars that are both engaging and academic for our youth.

Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts is an exciting field. G.O.A.L.S. participants learn safe cooking practices, food and sanitation fundamentals, and a plethora of recipes. Chefs from all over the Chicagoland area come and share their techniques with G.O.A.L.S. youth.

Artistic Expression

Art youth explore a plethora of techniques ranging from acrylic painting to sculpting and more!

Music

G.O.A.L.S. Inc. provides instrument lessons for its band and orchestra. The Music department also houses the G.O.A.L.S. choir.

Theater

Our theater workshops are designed to cultivate the imagination and enhance acting skills. From improv to costume creation, to play writing and everything in between; G.O.A.L.S. youth get a real taste of what its like to put on a theatrical presentation.

World Travel

G.O.A.L.S. Inc. was created to enable children to travel the world. We believe travel has a direct connection to success. Exposure to life outside of their communities will enhance their hope for the future. Through fundraising, grants, and donations we will assist youth in broadening their horizons.

Life/Leadership Skills

Along with travel, G.O.A.L.S. Inc. desires to introduce our youth to skills that are valuable for living prosperous lives. Time management, finance, entreprenuership, social emotional interaction, & career building are just a few of the many courses we offer through our Life/Leadership classes. We also take part in foreign language and cultural studies. Prior to visiting a country, our goal is to equip our students with a basic understanding of the cultural and linguistic background for that region. 43 percent of the world is bilingual. Bilingualism not only has positive cognitive effects but it also provides a higher pay grade in a plethora of career fields.

Field Trips/Excursions

We at G.O.A.L.S. believe that one of the best ways for youth to be able to learn is through experience. G.O.A.L.S. offers a number of field trips and cultural excursions that are designed to ignite self exploration and academic motivation.
